Mettwear eStore is Pakistan’s first and largest online t‑shirt shopping store. We’re committed to delivering top‑quality, comfortable, and budget‑friendly t‑shirts. Fashion for us means trendy designs and eco‑friendly materials, so every product you buy includes both style and sustainability.
2. How do I place an order on Mettwear?
To shop at Mettwear:

At checkout, enter your shipping information and choose your preferred payment method.

After placing the order, you’ll receive a confirmation call or text message from our customer team.
3. What payment options do you accept?
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan. To make shopping easier, we also provide online payment options like bank transfers and card payments.
4. Does Mettwear ship internationally?
We currently ship only within Pakistan. International shipping is not available at this time.
5. How much does delivery cost?
Delivery within Pakistan costs Rs. 199.
6. How long does delivery take?
Delivery usually takes 2–5 working days. During busy shopping seasons or periods of high demand, it may take up to 7 working days.
7. What is Mettwear’s exchange policy?

You can request an exchange for a size change or replacement within 48 hours of delivery.

Items must be unworn, with tags attached, and still in their original packaging.

Sale items are not eligible for exchange.

Customers arrange and pay for the return courier. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll send a replacement if it’s in stock.
8. Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only provided for products that are defective or incorrect. For size issues or personal preference, we offer exchanges only.
For approved refunds, a processing fee of Rs. 250 is deducted. The remaining amount is refunded within 2–3 working days after we receive the returned item.
9. Can I open my parcel before payment?
Yes. If the parcel is marked “Allowed to Open Before Payment,” you can open and check the contents before paying.
Please inspect the product at delivery time—complaints and refund requests will not be accepted later if the parcel was not checked when delivered.
10. Are Mettwear products eco‑friendly?
Yes. Mettwear prioritizes sustainability by using organic cotton and recycled materials. We follow ethical manufacturing practices.
11. Does Mettwear have a physical store?
No, Mettwear is online only. We do not have physical stores and deliver directly to your doorstep.
12. How can I order a different color or size than what’s listed?
Place your order in any available size or color and add a note in the order comments with your desired size or color.
We’ll call to confirm your requirements and discuss availability.
Important: Keep your phone on and provide an alternate contact number if needed. Our delivery riders will call your regular phone number (not WhatsApp). If we can’t confirm your details, the parcel may be returned.
