To place an order, simply browse our products and add your chosen items to the cart. Then proceed to checkout, enter your shipping details, and choose your payment method (Cash on Delivery or online prepayment). Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive a confirmation via call or SMS, and we’ll prepare your items for delivery.

We accept Cash on Delivery (pay when you receive your order) across Pakistan. We also offer online payment options, so you can pay via bank transfer or card in advance. You can select your preferred payment method during checkout.

Currently, we ship only within Pakistan. International shipping is not available at this time.

We charge a flat shipping fee of Rs. 199 on all orders, anywhere in Pakistan.

Orders are typically delivered within 2–5 working days. During busy periods or high-demand times, delivery may take up to 7 working days.

You can exchange an item within 48 hours of delivery if you need a different size or replacement. The product must be unworn, with tags and original packaging intact. Sale (discounted) items are not eligible for exchange. To request an exchange, contact us with your order details. Customers are responsible for sending the item back to us via courier. Once we receive and inspect the return, we will send out the replacement if the requested item is in stock.

Refunds are only provided for products that are defective or incorrect. We do not offer refunds for size or preference changes; instead, we offer exchanges. If you receive a defective item, you can return it to us and, upon verification, we will refund your amount within 2–3 working days of receiving the return. Note that a processing fee of Rs. 250 is deducted from refunds once approved.

Yes. If your order is Cash on Delivery, you are allowed to open and check the contents of the parcel before paying the delivery person. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase before you hand over payment. Please note that if a parcel is marked "Allowed to Open Before Payment", you should inspect it upon delivery. We may not honor complaints or refund requests for that order after payment if you had the chance to verify the product at delivery.
