Why we charge advance payments for some orders!

1. Due to a high rate of return (over 90%) for orders delivered to village addresses, we require a minimum advance payment of PKR 500 to confirm such orders. This policy helps us manage logistical costs and ensure reliable service.

2. For orders valued at PKR 10,000 or more, a minimum advance payment of PKR 500 is required to confirm the order. This is due to the high shipping charges incurred for heavy parcels in this price range, as charged by our logistics partners.

3. For customers who have previously refused to accept an order or were unavailable at the time of delivery, a minimum advance payment of PKR 500 will be required for future orders. This measure helps us reduce losses associated with undelivered parcels and ensure smoother order fulfillment.
